Is it legal for Rasputin music to sell Cds with “promotional Cd only” written on it??
I went tinto rasputin in berkeley today and bought a lil wayne cd which i didnt own. When I opened the case, the cd was label “Promotional Cd Only”….
So are they selling this CD illegaly???
if it was more than a couple bucks you got ripped off
