Second Battery setup?

I’m adding an audio system to my car(1200watt RMS) and want the ability to listen to music while car is off. I know it requires an isolator but my question is, how do you control which battery is powering what? I want my main battery to power the regular stock accesories and the second battery to power my 1200 watt amp. Can a toggle switch turn the battery(connection) on and off for the amp?

Which is the primary/ignition battery and which is the secondary/stereo battery is determined by how you wire the isolator. It is explained in the directions for installing the isolator.
