Where can a 25 years old hipster that listens to music like CSS and shops at Urban Outfitters can go in Vegas?
We are a young couple from Montreal leaving for Las Vegas mid-July. We are looking for alternative/underground places to visit. Thrift stores, cool scene clubs, places where more indie-like shows are played, etc. Any suggestions? Thank you!
Unfortunately, I only got 2 answers. my2sense’s were nice, but after looking at their websites, it’s definitively nothing I would appreciate (except perhaps Poly Esther’s but still not what I meant) so I am not sure people get who we are and what we like. And that other one, the website, it probably not underground enough for me. Anyone else? Kind of desperate here… Leaving soon! Thank you!
I have heard of Double Down before, because of the bacon and a$$ stuff, of course! However I really don’t like punk or hardcore music. I feel I would probably belong more at Beauty, altho I can’t seem to get what kind of music they play… Keep’em coming people, thanks! 
Go to Curl Up & Dye off the strip. It’s a salon, but really has that punker ‘edgy’ scene
another place would be to try the PepperMill for eats. It has a quirky vibe to it. I don’t know something ’bout it reminds me of “Fear & Loathing”

Club wise you might want to look into Polly Esthers @ Stratosphere???? I hear it’s kinda funky but….then again it could be corny
Another one that was pretty cool was Ivan Kane (swear the guy looks like Maynard*TOOL*) 40 Duece has old time burlesque & neat jazzy big band. It was pretty hep Daddy O
